Terms of Service
Effective September 24, 2026 — Early Access Terms
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and David Lev, operating Pywa Cloud, and apply when you sign up for the
waitlist, create an account, or otherwise use pywa.cloud or its CLI/dashboard
(together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our
Privacy Policy.
2. The Service today
Pywa Cloud runs bots you write against the open-source Pywa framework, connects them to WhatsApp, and gives you a CLI and dashboard to deploy and manage them. During early access this is provided free of charge, with capacity limited at our discretion (we may pace invitations, cap resource usage per bot, or throttle abusive usage).
3. Your code and your data
You own the code you deploy and the content your bot sends and receives. We don't claim any ownership over it. We run it on your behalf, and access it only as needed to operate the Service (building and running your container, displaying logs to you, debugging an issue you report, or investigating suspected abuse).
You're responsible for your bot's behavior and content, including compliance with WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy and Meta's platform terms — a WhatsApp Business Account can be restricted or banned by Meta independent of anything Pywa Cloud does, and we can't reverse that.
4. Acceptable use
You won't use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or anything violating WhatsApp's messaging policies.
- Host or distribute malware, or attempt to breach the isolation between tenants.
- Violate any law, or the rights of any third party.
- Overload or abuse shared infrastructure in a way that degrades the Service for other users.
We may suspend or remove a bot that violates this section, with notice where practical — abuse reports go to [email protected].
5. Availability and changes
Because this is early access and free, we don't currently commit to any uptime percentage or SLA. We'll try to give notice of planned downtime or breaking changes, but during this phase the Service, its features, and its limits may change or be discontinued at any time.
6. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate section 4, or, during early access, if we need to wind down or restructure the Service — we'll give notice where practical and help you get your code and data out first.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pywa Cloud's total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during free early access, is zero. This doesn't limit liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, liability for willful misconduct).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll update the effective date above when these terms change, and notify account holders by email or a site notice for material changes — including, as noted at the top, before introducing any paid plan or SLA.
